For foreign tourists and travelers visiting Mongolia, there is a strong desire to experience the nomadic lifestyle and culture all in one place — from the way of life of herders, the five kinds of livestock, traditional clothing, dairy products, and cuisine. However, it is rare to find a single herder’s household that brings all of these together, and with modern technology increasingly shaping the lives of Mongolian herders, the environment often appears different from what visitors imagine, making it less engaging. The “Mongol Nomadic” program has been successfully operating since 2011, offering the opportunity to experience nomadic culture and lifestyle in one place. It is not only interesting for tourists and Mongolians to visit, but also valuable for children, as it helps them learn about and connect with traditional nomadic culture.
The Mongol Nomadic program is held twice daily, from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00.
